Coming Soon: The All-New 2020 Jeep Gladiator

There's an exciting new model coming to the Jeep lineup.

If you've always wanted the capability and fun of a Jeep Wrangler, but need the utility of a pickup, you're in luck. Jeep has unveiled the 2020 Gladiator, a unique competitor in the growing midsize truck segment.

The 2020 Gladiator caters to drivers near Athens, AL or Huntsville who need the capabilities of a truck but appreciate the distinct style and capabilities associated with Jeep. It's a unique new way to enjoy driving a truck.

 

Looking at the 2020 Gladiator head-on, it may look no different from a normal Wrangler. However, as you move around it you'll notice a few differences. The most obvious of which the pickup bed on the back end. You'll also notice that the Gladiator uses a four-door design, rather than a two-door one. That way, you'll have space for up to five passengers. Like the Wrangler, the Gladiator allows for its roof and doors to be removed.

The 2020 Gladiator promises to be one of the most capable midsize trucks on the market. It offers an off-roading advantage in particular with its standard Dana 44 axles front and back and standard four-wheel drive with high and low ranges. The Gladiator Rubicon adds a removable front sway bar, 33-inch all-terrain tires, FOX shocks, and more.

It's not just an off-road specialist, though. Jeep says that the new Gladiator can tow up to 7,650 pounds and can accommodate up to 1,600 pounds of payload.

On the inside, the Gladiator offers some modern creature comforts. An available leather-wrapped steering and dual-zone climate control add a touch of refinement to the cabin. Uconnect with apple CarPlay and Android is also available.
