2020 Jeep Gladiator: What We Know

Jeep revealed early this year that the long-anticipated 2020 Jeep Gladiator is a go. This new model takes the style and capability of the popular Wrangler model and adds the convenience and utility of a pickup bed.

The 2020 Gladiator won't arrive at dealers like Champion Auto Group until later this year, but there's plenty that we already know about the exciting new model.

It's Ready to Tow and Haul: Jeep has not released engine or power numbers yet, but we know how much weight the Gladiator can handle. The new truck can handle up to 7,650 pounds of towing along with up to 1,600 pounds of payload.

It's Equipped for the Trail: The 2020 Gladiator will live up to the Jeep reputation for off-road prowess with a standard four-wheel drive system with high and low ranges along with sturdy Dana 44 front and rear axles.

You Can Drop the Top: Just like the Jeep Wrangler, the 2020 Gladiator will a removable roof and doors. It's the only truck on the U.S. market that offers these features.
